Service Description
Our service packages are designed around specific time allotments based on the selected package. Vehicles that require additional cleaning, excessive stain removal, pet hair removal, heavy soil extraction, excessive trash removal, or other conditions exceeding the allotted package time may require additional labor. Additional labor is billed at $60 per hour, in 30-minute increments, beyond the package time limit. By booking a service, completing checkout, paying a deposit, or confirming your appointment via text message, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and authorize additional labor charges if your vehicle exceeds the included service time. If additional labor is required, the technician will notify you and obtain confirmation before continuing work beyond the package time allotment. If additional labor is declined, the service will be completed only within the originally purchased package scope and time allowance. Package completion times are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and service requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Catalyst Mobile Auto Detailing. We look forward to providing your vehicle with the highest level of care and attention. To secure your appointment and reserve your scheduled service time, we require a valid payment method on file. Please note that all service packages are based on the vehicle condition described at the time of booking. Final pricing may increase upon inspection if the vehicle condition exceeds the selected package. Heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, stains, sand, mold, bodily fluids, or biohazards may require upgraded services to properly complete the detail. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the scheduled service total. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
